At the meeting, President Xu Shuai put forward suggestions on accelerating the technology upgrading of private enterprises in our district, cultivating "specialized and new" small and medium-sized enterprises, encouraging enterprises to improve their independent innovation ability, actively carrying out the combination of production, learning and research with relevant scientific research institutions, providing technological innovation, technical consulting and other services for private enterprises, and providing services such as transformation of research and development results of universities and relevant scientific research institutions. Further reduce the risk and cost of independent innovation of private enterprises, improve the conversion rate of technological achievements of scientific research institutions and universities, and achieve a win-win result. This needs to build a two-way pipeline between the market and technology, between enterprises and scientific research institutions and universities, so that enterprises can establish contacts with scientific research institutions and universities, and let the pipeline play a good role of "matchmaker".
